Product safety
Solsidus Ltd. is the manufacturer of the Solsidus box and the contact for product safety questions in the EU, at the address and email above.
Disposal
The crossed-out wheeled bin on the box means it must not go in household waste. Take it to a collection point for electrical and electronic equipment, or send it back to us and we recycle it.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us directly; we answer every message.
