Where we ship
From Bulgaria to addresses in Bulgaria and the mainland EU. For now we cannot deliver to Ireland, Cyprus or Malta, or to islands and overseas regions such as the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, Corsica or the Greek islands.

Prices include VAT. Delivery times are working days from dispatch and depend on the carrier.
Pre-orders
Nothing is charged at pre-order. Before your box ships we email you the exact shipping price, the carrier and the dispatch date, and you pay only then.
Tracking
When your box ships we email you the tracking link.
Customs
None. We ship within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery, with photos if it is damaged. We send a replacement or refund you. Until the box is delivered, the risk stays with us.
If delivery fails
If the carrier cannot deliver and the parcel comes back to us, we contact you to arrange a new delivery.
