Email hello@solsidus.com with “Security” in the subject. Describe the problem, the steps to reproduce it, what it affects and how you found it. English, Bulgarian or German is fine.
What we do
- We reply within 5 working days.
- We keep you informed while we fix it.
- We agree a publication date with you, and name you if you want to be credited.
Please
- Use only your own account and your own box.
- Do not access, change or delete other people's data.
- Do not disrupt the service, other customers' boxes or their inverters.
- Keep the issue private until it is fixed or the agreed date has passed.
